Your responsibilities
Recruitment and selection: developing recruitment strategies, posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews to select qualified candidates.
Efficiently coordinating and leading performance and appraisal interviews.
Proactively managing absenteeism and maintaining contact with the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and Occupational Health Service during pregnancy and/or illness.
Maintaining accurate personnel records is essential for managing employee information, including basic data and documentation such as CVs and evaluations.
Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with our organization's goals.
Drafting contracts in accordance with legislation, ensuring clear and legally sound agreements.
Maintaining/renewing the staff regulations: revising and updating policy documents to comply with legislation and ensure effective personnel management.
Inflow, outflow, and internal mobility processes: this includes all steps in welcoming new employees, internal mobility, and terminating employment relationships.
Last but not least, it's up to you to embody and maintain the culture and everything that comes with it, both internally and externally. Because besides fostering the right atmosphere in the company, we naturally want to attract the best employees in the market.
Who are you
A degree in HRM or a related field at HBO/WO level.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and experience applying it in practice.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
