What are direct shipping products and how does it work?
Direct shipping products are not in stock in our webshop. Once you place a direct shipping order with us, we immediately forward it to our factory. They ensure that your order is completed. Your completed order is then sent to our warehouse, where we carefully inspect and prepare it for shipping to you.
Placing a direct shipping order is very easy! You select the products you want to order and add them to your cart. There is no minimum order amount, so you can order as much or as little as you like. Direct shipping products and in-stock products cannot be placed in the same order. A direct shipping order can only include direct shipping products.
On average, it takes 10 to 15 business days for the order to arrive at your home. Because you have to wait a little longer for these products, you benefit from a 5% discount on direct shipping items. Shipping costs will be charged if the order amount is below the threshold for free shipping. You can find these rates here.
